The staff were incredibly helpful, especially this one guy named Wes who talked with us like we were old friends and gave great recommendations about where to eat. Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary champagne and water, I mean come on, you don't get that everywhere.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know what, it felt alright for what you get.

The location is amazing, right on Ocean Drive, so close to the beach! Our Deluxe Double Room was comfy with a flat-screen TV, fridge, and walk-in shower. Staff were super helpful, especially Wes and Mariana who gave us beach chairs and towels. They even greeted us with bottled water and champagne. Loved it!

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, helpful luggage storage, and a welcoming bar area. The staff made my first stay memorable by providing great info about the town. I highly recommend the friendly service!

Had an awesome trip with friends! We enjoyed beach walking, checked out some local cuisine, and loved the vibrant scene reminiscent of Caribbean carnivals. The hotel was super convenient, right by the beach, and offered beach chairs and towels. Great spot to relax and soak up the sun!

Had some issues with staff availability. During our stay, we noticed that there wasn't always someone at the front desk to help out when needed, which was a bit frustrating.

The cleaning needed improvement as the floors required a good scrubbing!!! Steps to rooms without adequate elevator service created inconvenience for heavy luggage. Upgrade the shower fixtures and improve the air conditioning efficiency for better comfort!!!

We had a fantastic time exploring the stunning beach right outside our hotel, playing in the sand with the kids and enjoying daily sunsets. Plus, the convenience of nearby restaurants made dining out fun and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our family.

It was just a good match for a weekend outing in Miami Beach with exceptional value. The front desk was friendly and helped sort out our room issues promptly. Be ready for some noise from the nightlife if you're staying on the weekend.
